No, we offer Free Courier Delivery with EVERY order throughout New Zealand, including South Island and Rural Delivery addresses.

Are there any extra costs or hidden charges on top of the total amount of my order on the checkout page?

No, the total on our checkout page is the only amount you will have to pay to receive your order. There are no hidden fees.

Do you have a return/refund policy?

Yes, if you discover any defect in your product, you may within 5 days of delivery return the item in new condition for a replacement. If a replacement is not available we may at our discretion provide a refund. You will be notified by email of the status of the replacement. For any claim to be made the item must be sent to our current shipping address as provided by emailing info at paylessupplements dot co dot nz.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, orders may be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact our Accounts Officer at any time at info at www.paylessupplements.co.nz

May I contact PayLes Supplements directly?

Of course. Should you need to contact us for any reason, you may do so by emailing info at paylessupplements dot co dot nz. We will respond to your email within 24 hours, however our typical response time is within 2 hours (especially if your email was sent during business hours).

We will have a toll-free number in the near future.

My parcel was expected sooner but hasn’t arrived. Is there a tracking system?

Yes, so please email us if you think there is a delay and we’ll contact our courier to find out exactly where your order is and we will let you know.

I don’t have a credit card so can I pay by internet banking or bank deposit?

Yes. You can do this upon checkout by changing “credit card” to “direct credit” on the checkout screen. Select this option and continue to place your order as normal and you will be taken through to a page where it will give you all our bank account details as well as an order number for you to use as a reference when paying for your order in person at the bank or by using internet banking. Many people do not have a credit card and use this method to order their products from our site. As soon as your funds clear into our account (usually overnight) your order will be shipped that day. Payment can also be made by using prepaid Visa or Mastercard “debit cards” or “prezzie” cards which can be purchased at the post office and other retail outlets.

May I place an order over the phone?

Currently we only fulfil web orders; however, should you need to place an order and it is large or you have a question about how to furnish payment, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate an order by phone in this case.

Will my details be secure if I order by credit card?

Yes, credit card payments are processed through Payment Express, a service of Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) which offers a secure payment system into which you can enter your credit card information upon checkout. We do not receive or store your credit card information in any form.

So my financial details are not kept in your system. Are my contact details kept in your system?

Yes, we keep your contact details and email address. But we will never give, sell, or otherwise distribute your information to a third party unless required by law, and will only ever be used to inform you of sales or promotions at Payles Supplements, which you can opt out of.

How do I know if a product is out of stock?

If a product (or a size/flavour combination of that product) is out of stock you will receive a message stating so when you attempt to add it to your cart.

Why does your site not let me backorder out-of-stock products?

We don’t allow backorders because it is difficult sometimes to guarantee exactly when our new stock will arrive and we don’t want our customers to have to wait when they have already paid for their purchase. All products you can purchase from our site will ship right away.

I’m unsure which product to select. Which one would be best for me?

Contact one of the experienced team at PayLes Supplements and we will be able to help you make your decision based on your specific goals.

If I find a better price on another supplement site in NZ, will PayLes match it?

Yes. Good luck finding one :) But if you do, we will match or beat the price.

Do you send expired products?

Absolutely not, unless it is on a clearance or specials page and we have stated that it is expired or soon to expire. Otherwise all stock sent out has good shelf life remaining.

Are these products safe for me to use?

If you are unsure about taking any of the products we stock then either contact your GP, or one of the staff at PayLes Supplements. It is very important that you follow the daily recommendations and serving allowances and thoroughly read the dosage instructions on products before using them for the first time.

ALWAYS seek advice from your GP if you are currently on any medication or have a pre-existing medical condition or complaint before taking any of these products. If in any doubt, ALWAYS seek the advice of your GP first.

Some products on our site may contain ingredients prohibited by certain sports or professional organisations.
